Good afternoon

Im using INFUSE and connected my Drobox there since 2017, I used to watch all videos which I had uploaded in dropbox by Infuse player as I said cause from infuse there id option to connect any cloud or server, but last 3 days Its couldn’t playing any video and it show me in window msg :

An Error Occurred

So if anyone have experience to resolve this isdue ill be thankful :rose:

Hi @YOYO DXB, thanks for messaging the Community!

Are you only getting this error in that specific app?

Do the videos preview normally directly from the Dropbox app or site?

Have you contact the developers of the app for further assistance?
