Hi there, I've upgraded to a paid account and have downloaded the Dropbox app to my Macbook. I've linked my personal account and work account, and set up backups.
All seems to be working fine and appears to have synced up.
However, the backups seem to be syncing to my personal account and I'd like them to sync to my work account. I can't seem to figure out how to change this, can anyone help please?

I don't recall having this option. I was actually following the guide that you've sent. Initially, the 'Set Up' option wasn't showing as I was backing up to iCloud. So I followed Apple's instructions for that, and once I disconnected those backups and then adjusted the admin settings on Dropbox, I was able to see the 'Set Up' tab but it appears to have automatically associated with the account I was using at the time.
They're linked and both were logged in, but I switched to view the work folders after setting up backups, so I assume that I was using the personal account at the time I set it up and it backed up to that.
Is it possible to switch backups to the other account now that they're syncing?
Thanks so much! I managed to successfully disable and chose to keep the files on my computer. However, when I set the backup back up it didn't ask me where I wanted to back them up to and proceeded to choose my personal account again, rather than my work account where I wanted them saved.
So I disabled the backup again and unlinked the accounts in hopes that I could set the backup to my work account - now being the only one that is logged in - and then link them after. However, now 'Set Up' for backups no longer shows.
I'm the only admin and I've switched the 'Smart Sync update for Mac' and 'Dropbox system extension' to on for both.

Hi @Daphne. I've followed the instructions at the bottom of the article, however I don't have any access to any settings under the Admin Console (I can only change the name or add team members) - it's telling me to upgrade to Dropbox for Business for more options (I have Dropbox Plus).
When I add my personal free account 'Set Up' automatically appears in the backup tab, so I'm not sure what's happening as they have the same options selected within the settings.
Can you recommend any other ways to troubleshoot this?
