Blank Page After Logging Into Account

Hello!

 

  I tried to login into my account and the URL came up and showed this

I was able to access all my files on Monday and did not delete anything. I've tried opening another tab and window but nothing happens. Same thing appears when I try to use "contact support."  

Any suggestions?

Hi @KiwiFSW2021, thanks for messaging today!

If you're getting this behavior on the Dropbox site, then it's possible there could be an issue with the connection.

Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps? 

Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely. 

Keep me updated with any progress!

  I used Google Chrome instead and it worked. 🙂

No worries, glad to hear it worked on Chrome! It's possible there may be a setting or extension in the original browser which is preventing the site from loading normally.
