Are you having an issue similar to what's described here but with CylancePROTECT instead of Symantec running on your devices?
A little more info would be super helpful just to make sure I fully understand exactly what the issue is that you're having with this particular software.

I have just been through this thread and am having the same issue as many folks are describing. Corporate machine - no control over antivirus software etc. Dropbox causing BSoD when it starts to sync. We have CylancePROTECT version 2.0.1530.5
Our IT encouraging us away from Dropbox - and I am close to agreeing - but I like it better than the alternatives so would love to stick with it if this issue can be resolved quickly.
