Business vs Personal - Microsoft Online/Syncing

I was running out of storage so my boss bought the Business account - now that we're on there he edited a file and I havent been able to see the updated version. On top of that I cannot open anything via Microsoft Online (I am logged in) - can anyone advise what is going on?!

Hey @priscilla0789, thanks for reaching out to us. 

I'm happy to help look into this with you, I'll just need more info, such as:

  • How did the other user edit the file in question?
  • Are you or the other user able to see the updates to the file online on the website?
  • Are you getting any error messages when you try to access Microsoft Office Online?

Any additional details and screenshots (without any personal info) would be very helpful. Cheers!

I click on the file and it goes to open microsoft online and it just doesnt open it keeps loading over and over.

Thanks for getting back to me, @priscilla0789

Do you get the same behavior if you try this from another browser or an incognito window? 

How about if you clear the cache and make sure that you're not running any third party browser extensions?
