Call Microphone not working after dropbox update and or downloading a file over weak WiFi connection?

Could you clarify what the issue is exactly when you say it's not working?

Is this a third party app or service you're referring to? 

Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!

I am not able to be heard in a phone conversation unless I'm on speaker phone or head phones.

Thanks for the info. Are you certain this occurred after an update to the Dropbox app?

What OS version are you running on your phone?

Could you try uninstalling the Dropbox app to see if this helps?

Turns out I believe it has to do with the headphone jack being used so often the phone continued to recognize the headphones even when they weren't plugged in. It back to normal now.
