So when I try to install Dropbox from the website (not via apps), it attempts to give me Dropbox for S mode and insists my computer is running on Windows 10 S. I turned S mode off the day I got this laptop. I'd like to use the full Dropbox so I can access others' files for work, which I am unable to do right now. Can anyone help?
Hi @mm444, thanks for joining the Community!
Is it possible you’re running a new Windows laptop running on an ARM chip?
If so, then it won’t be possible to install the Dropbox desktop application, since this isn’t available for ARM chips. Only the S Mode app would be compatible on that device.
I hope this helps to clarify matters!
