I've done all the advanced recommendations to Uninstall including installing offline app.
Keep getting failed to uninstall.
No icon shows up in system tray.
Even went into registry to delete. No file for Dropbox.
Help! I'm uninstalling because it won't sync.

I'm sorry to hear about this situation. Could you attach a screenshot showing the error message you're getting in order to assist further?
Is your device still showing up as connected on the Dropbox site?

And it is still showing up as connected.
And the desktop is still connected on Dropbox
Is this a company-managed device, that requires admin permissions to install and uninstall files?
Could you try unlinking the desktop device from the site first, then opening Task Manager to close any open Dropbox processes, and then uninstall the app?
