one of our users has been experiencing (again...) some sync issues.
I've been trying to fix the hardlinks via Alt + H via the account tab but nothings appears while I hold Alt + H.
Any idea what could be going wrong ? There are two accounts linked (one business + one personnal) ; i don't know if it changes anything.

Hey there @maxjct; thanks for using Dropbox and posting on our Community!
Assuming that the affected machine is a Windows one, those buttons should be coming up when pressing 'Alt+H' in the account tab from the app' s preferences. For Macs, this would be 'Option/Alt' key.
If you're not getting those buttons after rebooting, please sends us a screenshot so that we can have a visual too.

By the way, the sync issue was coming from interference from HP Sure Click. It is the second time that this causes an issue on one of my user's laptop.
