I keep getting this error message when I try to attach my resume.Could not communicate with [Removed as per Community Guidelines]How do I fix this?? Please help!

It sounds like that site is trying to connect directly to your Dropbox account in some way, but is failing for some reason.
I'd recommend getting in contact with them directly so they are aware of this issue on their system.
In the meantime, you can download your resume from Dropbox and upload it to the site manually, if they have that option.
