I have uploaded a video to DB. When I try to look at it on other devices, it has a message across the middle of the screen "Couldn't connect to Dropbox. Please check your internet connection and try again later". The video plays fine behind the message which won't go. Help please. Apparently it works fine on my son's apple ipad. I use android, and the video was uploaded from a pc running Windows 10. Help please. Thanks
Hi there @BobLud, I'd be more than happy to help look into this with you.
At first though, just to make sure I have a better visual of what you're seeing, could you send me a screenshot (without any personal info) of the error message?
Could you also clarify for me if this happens with any other video file?
Keep me posted - thanks!
