Can't contact support

I need a rollback, but https://www.dropbox.com/contact points to https://www.dropbox.com/support which gives a 500 error in all browsers Also, the link in the rollback page https://www.dropbox.com/help/security/contact-support-missing-files#contact doesn't go anywhere

What should happen after ticket is submited? I'm trying to open one about my problem but nothing happens after I click on "submit ticket"! No numbers, words, nothing. Is it any real to contact somehow with support?

@Tabia - also you dont actually get a confirmation that a ticket has been logged. 

 

You can instead look at the logged ones at http://dropbox.zendesk.com

-yes, the same from another browser

-link for submiting a ticket leads to page I tried before. When I wrote text and clicked "submit" this happens (otherwords, nothing):

-and yep, I already checked http://dropbox.zendesk.com but there's nothing also:

If do some hard thinking, there's nothing contradictory: forum and support website request different data to log in..when I tried to log in zendesk first, I was asked for register an account. My email and password from dropbox account+forum weren't fit. So I put in same email but new password and registered. (to be sure, I've just changed password here to the new one from zendesk and tried again open ticket -> check my requests. but still blank)

 

So I feel like my attempts to contact with support are just in vain and I don't understand something. OR someone can expect plenty of identical tickets for now :/

The Zendesk page when you go does say you need to get a password reset Tabia - it does not have your Dropbox password etc. so all you need to do is press reset and get a new one.

In terms of the issue can you try www.dropbox.com/support ?
