Hi, I have updated my window desktop hardware and S.O. (now Win 7 64bits) and now I can't log to my account also I can't link my account. I'm behind a proxy and I got the message "Se ha producido un error, Inténtalo de nuevo o consulta nuestro Centro de Ayuda" With version 13.4.21 I got the login screen, but don't accept the logon and return "version to old" I have tried version 26.4.24, 27.4.22, 21.3.18 and all say the same message.

Thanks for posting on the Dropbox Community about this issue!
 
As a first troubleshooting step, please set your proxy settings to no proxy” and try downloading  the offline installer. It would be better if you downloaded the latest stable version, namely 27.4.22”.

Hi JaneA,

Thanks for your reply, but I had tried this version 27.4.22 and both proxy options, "Autodetect" and "No proxy". None worked.

When exactly do you get the "Se ha producido..." message?
Are you able to start the Dropbox application, does it show the login screen? Does the error show after you attempt to login?

Hi nikhilm, thanks for you message.

I get the error message just after start the application, on the login screen.

If I close it, and try to login again, I get the same error again.
