Hello!

I can't open www.dropbox.com from my work (ip 193.109.249.106). From other places - all ok. Tested in Firefox and Chrome. DNS resolved ok, But no connection to https port of this site,

What could be the problem? Banned or something else? What can I do?

You need to speak to your workplace if thats the only place its not working. Sounds like they have blocked the domain.

I am is admin of that workplace.

There is no any restrictions for www.dropbox.com for me. Settings on my internet gate is not changed from days when all worked fine.

Sounds like one of users on my company forgot or misspell his password and retrying to enter many times and our company ip was banned at last.

Checked your ISP isnt blocking it? 

Using a recent browser version?

No. ISP not blocking it. (My friends on same ISP and my home computer too - all works ok).

Tested on last versions Firefox and Google Chrome.

Interesting thing.

when I try to use ISP's proxy (transparent, translated company IP in headers):

1. From workplace - not worked.

2. From home - works ok.

3. From workplace using third party high security anonymous proxy - works ok,

Sounds like problem in my company IP only (banned by dropbox).

It's very sad.

I was wrote twice about this issue to the support team and still no any answer, no help.

How did you contact them? You can't just send an email. You need to open a ticket with Support (and only open one, as opening more than one will delay their response to you).

Replies take approximately 1 - 3 business days with Pro users getting priority (longer for Basic users).

Thanks!

Both requests was sent via Dropbox Support request form.

I did not know about request tracking possibility.

In second request I also sent some more technical information about my problem (data from nslookup, traceroute, tcptraceroute 443, telnet 443...)

communicate through a third-party proxy, because otherwise from the workplace even on this forum (no access to dropbox login form)

My problem was solved by support today at last.
