I can't sign in to the mobile even though the email and password are correct. Also, i have no issue with the desktop version.

Despite of correct email id and password I'm not able able to sign in to the Dropbox app but I'm able. To login to the account through webpage

Made sure you are using the most recent version of the app?

 

What is the version of the Dropbox app? And also the operating system on the device?
