Can we keep the same shared link for a file that gets overridden every 3 hours via Linnworks?

Hi

We use a piece of software called Linnworks and we have an export of a CSV file every 3 hours, this file overrides the existing file, however the company need the information require to read this file, however the share link needs to stay the same and not change.

How do we stop the share link from changing?

Thanks

Hi there @futuradirect, welcome to the Dropbox Community!

If the third party app you're using is replacing the file by deleting the previous version and adding the new one, you can try creating a shared link to the folder it's in, instead.

That way, the shared link is to the folder and not the file.

Let me know if this helps!
