Cannot access the dropbox website

Good morning,

We are having issues with the dropbox website loosing connection and saying it can not respond. This happens for around 10 machines on the network at the same time however it is not constant. We have had days where it works fine and then some days where it will drop out for around 30 minutes. 
Nothing is being blocked and disabled the Anti-Virus as a test and does not look to make any difference. I have also changed DNS to 8.8.8.8 and tested that and again no difference.

Please can someone help?

Hello there @joshlinbourne, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with this!

 

When you have this issue, can you let me know if you receive any specific loading errors? If so, please send along a screenshot of the errors.

 

Also, are you having this issue when trying to access specific pages on the website?

 

Let me know and we can go from there!
