Cannot connect to Dropbox app on iPhone

Hello!  I cannot connect the Dropbox app on a new phone to my account. When I try to enter the 2FA code, I consistently get a “Sign-in Failed - Sorry, an error occurred. Please try again later.” message.

 

I’ve tried changing my 2FA method from SMS to the Authenticator app, and have also reset my password to something simple, all to no avail. Please help!

In addition, I’ve tried turning 2FA off, setting a simple password, uninstalling/reinstalling the app (and restarting my phone in between) and so on.

Thanks — I have indeed worked through the solutions on the page you’ve noted, but none of them work.

I’ve reached out to Support, as per your suggestion, but do not yet have a ticket number.

Also, I can indeed login to Dropbox via my phone’s browser.

I’ve tried a number of network connections, all with the same results.
