Hello

I try install dropbox on my old PC which run windows 7 32 bit.

Both online and offline installer gave me the same result, there are 2 dialog boxes ask me to run the installer then ask me to make change on hard drive and then nothing happen. The desktop app won't install at all.

I try turn off windows firewall and Anti-virus but still won't work.

I had my laptop which run windows 10 on the same WIFI and there is no problem at all.

Thank you in advance for your advice.

Thanks for replying back @Pongpisut!

Keep in mind that Windows 7 needs the security update KB3033929 for the Dropbox desktop app to work properly.

Can I ask if your device has been updated?

Have you tried rebooting your device?

Can you also clarify if you can access our website without any issues?

Let me know, and we'll take it from there!

Hello Lori,

Thank for the guideline, however I still got the same result.

The dialog box ask to run and ask to allow to make change on HDD and then nothing.

Look forward for the next step.
