Cannot open files using Microsoft Excel Online

Aloha,

 

Our team is suddenly having issues accessing Microsoft Excel Online. We all have the Office 365 Business Premium licenses. I just tried myself. It took me to a page that said I had to sign into my Office account. When I click link to sign in, it takes me to a page that keeps reloading betweening Dropbox.com and office.live.com. How do we resolve this issue?

Hi there @jfriedel,

Could you please try the following to see if any of the steps help to resolve the issue you're having:

  • Try using another web browser
  • Try an incognito/private browsing window
  • Clear the web browser's cache

This seems to have worked for me! It worked in Chrome, but I use Safari. Once I cleared the cache, it finally worked in Safari. Other users use PC, so once they confirm it works again, I'll click the Accept as Solution button! Thank you!

Hi 

 

I have same problem and have tried various things

Please advise how exactly I do below (step by step)

  • Try using another web browser
  • Try an incognito/private browsing window
  • Clear the web browser's cache
