Our team is suddenly having issues accessing Microsoft Excel Online. We all have the Office 365 Business Premium licenses. I just tried myself. It took me to a page that said I had to sign into my Office account. When I click link to sign in, it takes me to a page that keeps reloading betweening Dropbox.com and office.live.com. How do we resolve this issue?
This seems to have worked for me! It worked in Chrome, but I use Safari. Once I cleared the cache, it finally worked in Safari. Other users use PC, so once they confirm it works again, I'll click the Accept as Solution button! Thank you!
