Cannot sign in on iPad2

I have reset my password twice through desktop app and checked on my fuctionality on desktop

Was able to sign-out and back in on desktop with no issues

iPad will not take the sign-in

Thoughts, please

I should clarify

I cannot sign in thru the Dropbox iOS app

I can thru the web on the iPad

It's likely because the device is no longer supported. The iPad 2 runs a version of iOS that can't be upgraded beyond 9.3.6, and the Dropbox app requires iOS 10 or higher.

The older versions of the Dropbox app that still work on iOS 9 can no longer connect to Dropbox.
