Checked 'accept terms' box, clicked 'Create Account' button on referral screen got no response.

Using Microsoft Edge, Window 10 updated. Got invitation email, clicked 'Accept Invite' and got to the referral login/create account page. Filled out all details, clicked the accept term box, then clicked the 'Create Account' button. Absolutely nothing happen, no message, no in progress icon, nothing.  Screen is still active, I can click on 'terms', 'privacy' links and they all work.  Just the 'create account' button has no response.  Is the link down? I tried many times.  Thanks.

Thanks. I did try using Internet Explorer.  Same no response. Just the 'Create Account' button turned from dark to light blue. That's it.
