Coudstrike falcon platform is flagging Dropbox sync as malware

My company IT recently deployed Cloudstrike on all company computers.  My team uses Dropbox teams.  We sync to our local drive.  Anytime we sync, Cloudstrike flags our activity and stops it.  IT comes and tells us to change our dropbox password, uninstall and reinstall Dropbox.  This is getting ridiculous.  Any suggestions?

Have you considered whitelisting Dropbox on Cloudstrike Falcon's end to see if that improves matters?
