Wow... @Kiyokun,

You are running pretty old version of Dropbox application. I can't be absolutely sure but this is a possible reason. Seems something prevent your autoupgrade. Try reinstall it entirely (full uninstall and reinstall of the Dropbox application). Your files are in safe.

Unlink Dropbox, stop the application and execute following (in terminal, line by line):

rm -rf ~/Library/Application\ Support/Dropbox
rm -rf /Applications/Dropbox.app
rm -rf ~/.dropbox
sudo chmod -R a+w /Library/DropboxHelperTools
sudo rm -rf /Library/DropboxHelperTools

Will be ask for your password (sudo). Now everything is like Dropbox has never been installed. Download and install latest stable release again (preferably offline installer).
