Couldn't start Dropbox error

Hello! 

I got this error message is there anybody can help me?

You'll need to perform a full uninstall/reinstall of Dropbox. Follow the steps listed on this post:

You have a permissions problem. Have you changed your computer username or home folder location recently?

Well My hard drive died so I have to put another one.

I try to remove the installation and start again and still doesn't work.

 

Here the message I got :

 

this is usually because of a permissions error. Storing your home folder on a network share can also cause an error

oup by the way yes I have change my home folder location, because it's a new hard drive.
