After upgrading my iMac from Mojave to Catalina, I get this error. Of course, there's no help button. The Blue link gives this:

Hi @Reno3000, thanks for messaging the Community!

 

I appreciate the error log, it helps me to understand what is occurring here. If you're not on a Dropbox Basic plan with more than 3 devices connected, could you try an advanced reinstall of the app using the steps in this link?

I think I'm good on this.

 

Foremrly Dropbox allowed increased capacity as I invited others and they used dropbox. I no longer use that account. If that expanded storage still exists, can I marry the two account profiles?

Thanks for getting back to us here @Reno3000!

 

It's not possible to transfer the space earned from referrals, I'm afraid, or merging the accounts to achieve this.

 

Do you still have access to the old account? When was the last time that you signed in there?
