Re: Creating new folders in Salesforce Dropbox integration

Creating new folders in Salesforce Dropbox integration

We have a Dropbox/Salesforce integration. However, when we are creating new folders in Salesforce in our Accounts object, we can only do it while logged in to the user that set up the dropbox integration. It is really a pain to have everyone login to that one account in order to create a new folder. Do you know why this would be happening?

Hi @RSA_GIS_DT; welcome to our Community and happy Friday!

I'll be happy to help with this; I'll just need some additional information first.

Can you please clarify if you used these steps when you first set it up?

Regarding your query, I'm not sure if this is what you're referring to, but you can follow these steps to grant access to Salesforce users.

I hope this helps to some extent and please let me know if I'm missing something.
