I have DB Basic. Just installed DB Passwords on both laptop and Android phone. I'm using Chrome extension for DP Passwords on Windows laptop and auto-fill works fine there. Why does DB Passwords phone app not auto-fill my login and PW for apps I run on my phone?
As of yesterday, I currently had 15 of my max allotment of 50 accounts (I have DB Basic) showing up listed/recognized on DBPW mobile. However, there was no + sign visible on the DBPW screen.
When I tried logging in to any of these accounts that are listed on DBPW, the login was populated but the PW field was not.
I followed your advice and uninstalled and reinstalled DBPW on mobile.
When I tried to run it, it displayed a warning note that the app is only for folks with DB Plus, Professional or Family. Remember that I have only DB Basic.
Then it prompted for my approval for 'allow access to files'
I said yes, and then it said 'error occurred try later' and displayed a never-ending spinning progress wheel.
So at this point, the DBPW Chrome extension on my laptop works fine, but I can no longer open & run DBPW mobile even tho the app shows up as installed.
