I'm using the Drop Box application on my Windows 10 computer with 2 monitors. If I drag the application to my second monitor, the application has a visual glitch that I cannot fix unless I quit the application completly. See screen shot of the visual glitch showing black space added at the top and right of the application. You cannot click where you see the item you want to click, rather you have to click where it used to be before the glitch occurred. Example, to click the "x" to close the application, I have to click in the black area where the "x" used to be.
I was not able to find a way to report a bug, so this is my attempt to report a bug with the appication.
Thank you,
Joe
Thanks for getting back to me here @Imobjoas!
You're currently using a beta version of the desktop app (denoted xx.3.xxx ) which might be why you see a slightly different option there. I'd suggest downgrading to the latest stable build to see if that helps at all with this issue.
To do this, please toggle off the option "Early releases" towards the bottom of your account settings page here. Then you can download and install the stable build from here.
You won't need to uninstall the app before doing this, you can just run the installer as it is.
Let me know how it goes!

Hi there @Imobjoas, I hope you're doing well today!
Can you let me know which version of the desktop app you have installed on your computer?
Also, when you mentioned that restarting the app resolves the issue, does this reoccur when you move the app window back onto your second monitor?
Let me know and we can go from there!

Hi @Daphne,
Here are the answers to your questions:
Dropbox version: Dropbox v100.3.393
Does the issue recur after restarting the app? Yes it does, so I have been simply leaving the open application window on my primary monitor to prevent the issue from happening.
Side note, the instructions to look up the version number for step 3 state to click on "Preferences", I had to click on "Options".
Thank you.

Thanks Daphne, this solved my issue. You were correct, I was using pre-released versions. Now when I open my Dropbox folder it is opening Windows Explorer again, not the Dropbox app.
I'm glad to hear that did the trick @Imobjoas!
If there's anything else I can help with, please don't hesitate to get back to me here.
Hope you have a great weekend ahead!
