Hello, since 3 days ago, I can't sync 2 files that I modified on my Windows 10 laptop. When I go to the Dropbox app, it says "waiting to sync", but the task is never performed. In the meantime, I just moved those files out of Dropbox to another cloud service but need your help in order to find a solution. As I put the cursor over the Dropbox icon the following appears at this moment: Dropbox 117.4.378 Up to date.

Hi Jay, files are not being currently used by another app or service. I did reboot the machine but nothing changed. Currently I have 6 folders in the same situation, see screenshot. Thanks for your support.
