Desktop won’t sign all the way in?

I've got dropbox desktop downloaded on my laptop. Tried to log in with Google. Wouldn’t work. Tried Apple. Wouldn’t work. Both act like they're going to open and then the sign in screen reappears.

Even did it with my email & reset the password. It says "there was a problem logging in" and goes back to the sign in. I can log in to the website version just fine. I've cleared my cache multiple times. Any ideas on what setting my computer may be hanging up on?

Hi there @katymontgomery17, let's see what we can do here. 

Could you first check if you have a Basic account by going to your Plan tab?

If you do, have a look at how many devices you currently have connected under your Security tab
