Does a Windows 10 File History backup also backup my local Dropbox folder

I run hourly WIndows 10 file history backups. Is my Dropbox local folder included in those backups? I am very techie if it helps. : >

Initially, please note the Dropbox folder is just like any other folder on your computer, so you can set it to do so. 
 
However, please bear in mind that, due to the way that the desktop app syncs your content and how third party apps backup your files, deletions or reversion of files (depending on their own settings) may result in data loss. 
 
You can find more info about how deletions may occur in this thread written by @Jay
 
Having said that, you can exclude the Dropbox folder from the backup procedure of the third party app and, in the case that disaster hits (you have unwanted deletions, for example), you can always contact our Support team for assistance.
