Does my account support two-way syncing of my files?

Hello, I understand that once I enable camera uploads in my android phone, my photos will upload to the Camera Uploads folder in my Dropbox account. And then I can access those photos and videos using Dropbox on my computer.

My query is does Dropbox basic account supports two-way automatic synchronization of files and folders? As in does it mirror my action- so if I delete photos from my android gallery, will it also delete photos from my Dropbox account upon syncing?

Hi @onlytanmoy,

Short answer: Actually no.

Dropbox mobile versions don't keep in sync permanently any local folders (at least not public). About photos: Dropbox actually 'catch' the shots from your camera and fetch from camera roll, the particular photo, nothing more! Dropbox don't make sync of your gallery.

Hope this cast some light.
