Dorpbox in File Explorer

Explorer | Level 4

I have Dropbox linked and sync to my File Explorer on Windows 10. From time to time it gets stuck when I double click into the Dropbox folder on File Explorer and it automatically closes. It is very annoying as I upload documents I need to work on my Dropbox. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks

Hi Xavier, it sounds like the Dropbox desktop application isn’t working as expected.

Could you try installing a fresh copy from here and see how it goes?

Hi Jay,

I checked the update status and it said "up to date" that's why I didn't download it again, but I guess it wasn't up to date because after doing as you said it works again. Thanks for the help
