Downloaded the app on my Mac (already have the app on iPhone and iPad). Cannot open the app and cannot delete.

Thanks! You mentioned 3 devices so I checked my account and realized i still had my old devices linked. once I unlinked them dropbox is working on my mac. Petet

I'm sorry to hear about this. If you're not on a Dropbox Basic plan with more than 3 devices connected, could you try an advanced reinstall of the app using the steps in this link?

It appears that the current macOS installer (DropboxInstaller.dmg) is broken.  When trying to open the disk image, there is an error message that says "No mountable file systems".

This may have to do with the Big Sur public beta.  The latest Dropbox Beta Build worked fine for me.
