Trying to download on my new macbook from DB. It wont complete - just reads STOPPED. Turned off the firewall. Never had a download do this. Would appreciate any advice. Thank you.

Walter! I figured it out this morning -- I had some downloads DENIED in my Safari preferences lol
I fixed it and just download your app. Thank you for taking the time to help me.

Can you please send me a screenshot of the exact error you get so I can have a visual too?
Also, do you get the same results on an incognito window or another browser?
Any information you can include in your next response will be very helpful!

I'm wondering, are you getting the same results on an private browsing window or another browser?
While we're at it, as I can see you're trying to download our desktop app's installer, can you give the direct link below a go and let me know if you get any errors?
