When I'm using the iOS programs Pages or Numbers to access files in DropBox (through the iOS file system), it quickly results in multiple conflicted copies being created and the app often closes my file appruptly, causing recent changes to be undone. I'm not sure if the fault is with DropBox or Pages, but something about the integration does not work the way it's supposed to. I have the newst version of all the apps I've mentioned, as well as the newest udate of the DropBox program on my computer. The most recent time I've had this happen was on a celular network, since I usually only resort to using my phone for these things, when I'm not at home.
I've seen other threads about this issue, but I haven't seen any suggestion for an actual solution yet. I hope you can help, or at least look into the problem
Hey there @Hein2208,
Conflicted copies are usually created as the file is open or being edited on another device or by another user at the same time. Have you checked out our article explaining how they're created and how to avoid making conflicted copies at all?
Can you let me know if any of the scenarios apply to what you're experiencing?
Let me know what you find and we'll go from there - thanks!

I'm saving Numbers spreadsheets to a non-shared Dropbox folder on my iPad and keep getting conflicted copies. I'm on iPadOS 13.1.2 using the updated versions of the apps. I've tried to work out what is causing this and thought it was to do with app switching, but it can happen even just when I'm using Numbers. I've tried to find others with a similar problem but not had any luck. Please could you help?
