Hi,
I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max running iOS 14.4.2. and Dropbox app version 234.2.2.
When I launch dropbox on my iPhone and click on the Photos icon, I see a message "All done backing up photos". However I know that I have taken 20 photos and a couple of videos.
Dropbox app setting says to Bacup All photos and to include videos
I have turned off Camera Uploads and turned it back on.
- I saw Dropbox "looking for photos"
I also cleared Cache
Phone is stuck on Looking for photos.
Apple iPhone Storeage says I have about 55 GB of photos
I have tried closing the dropbox app and re-opening it and rebooting my phone. Nothing works. No Idea how to get dropbox to upload my photos whenever I launch Dropbox.
Any ideas what I need to do to fix things?
I also have dropbox with my same account running on my daughters account. The same thing happens on her iphone. This was not an issue before the latest update.
Any idea why my photos are no longer getting uploaded from our phones to dropbox?

I have the same issue even with the OS and Dropbox updated to the latest versions.
None of the troubleshooting steps resolve the issue for me either.

Hi,
Thanks for responding.
So far I've
None have helped; on the photos section it just sits there stating 'Starting Camera Uploads, Looking for Photos'
Regards
Robbie
I'm having the exact same issue on an iPhone 12 running IOS 14.5.1 and Dropbox 234.2.2.
The last photo uploaded was on 5/8/21, if I disable camera uploads and re-enable it shows backing-up and counted down from 25 but after it was finished none of the 30 photos taken since the 8th are there.
I was able to clicked the + at the bottom of the app and manually upload the missing photo to 'camera uploads' but if I click the Photos icon at the bottom of the app there is still nothing showing beyond the 8th.
Having the same problem here. Using DropBox v234.2 on an Iphone 6s running ios 14.5.1
Stopped synching 4 or so days ago. Getting the message that "all done backing up" even though there are new pictures. I tried turning camera uploads on and off. Tried going on airplane mode with Wifi only. Have tried on multiple wifi networks.
Can someone please help?
Same issue here - iPhone Xs. Clearly, there's an issue with the last update, as this error has been reported in multiple places by many users (here, app reviews, assorted website forums).
I know I'm not the only one who has re-installed on multiple devices with no luck. Please patch the program and provide a new update. We're paying good money for this service - a service that is currently not working.

@walter, that link you gave takes me to a topic of people having issues. I don't see any info on what the solution is. Can you post that solution here so we don't have to read tons of pages of people having issues.
