Today I installed IOS9 on all my apple devices. The download of the app on my iPad3 mini does not work.
I have tried to uninstall the Dropbox app. After that I tried to downlod the app from the Appstore again but it still does not download.
The funnny thing is, that even the app is uninstalled, it still shows me the update for the Dropbox app.
Can anybody please give me some help.
Many thanks.
Same problem here in iPad mini 2. Now don't have Dropbox installed and can't get it back 😞
Meanwhile, without me doing anything, Dropbox has disappeared from the update list.
But the app is still not loading, it just does not do anything....
Please help
For unknown reason, the problem solved itself....
I have not done anything, but the app installed after some time...
Still broken here, no self healing 😞
Hi there Saul,
Would you be able to send through a screenshot of what you can see when you install Dropbox on your phone from the App?
If you have a version of the OS that is above iOS7, then you should be able to install the application.
Many thanks in advance!
Just installed iOS 9.0.1 update and Dropbox app now installs and works again. Before doing this it appeared as the Dropbox icon greyed out as normal while updating, and said below icon "waiting" but never installed. Works now.
Hi there!
It sometimes takes a bit of time for the update to install properly. I'm glad to hear that the version has installed how and that it is working.
Thanks!
Same problem, on iPad 3. Hangs after downloading, stuck at installing. No response to tapping icon. Eventually gets stuck with iCloud icon under Pending Updates in App Store Updates tab. Problem seems to occur only with Dropbox and PCalc apps.
I have installed IOS 9.0.1 6 iPhone and iPhone 5.
Dropbox APP does not work on iPhone 6, encanvio in 5 if it works. What can I do?
I need the iPhone 6 Dropbox for work.
Thank you
