Thanks for the advice! However, I am not the main account holder. Am I suppose to ask the main account holder to seek help from the support team or is there any email address or phone number I can directly get contact with (chat box is of no help)?
It's best for the team admin themselves to get in contact with the support team, this way further investigation can be done on their end if need be. Team admins have more support options than members on a Dropbox Business team.
