Dropbox Client using Port 8443

Dropbox Client using Port 8443

I am a java web application developer and I use a java application server on my PC - almost every day.  Today my java application server refused to start because it claimed that port 8443 was already in use.

When I checked ythe current ports in use on my Windows 10 PC I discovered that port 8443 was in use by the dropbox client.  The only ports that dropbox previously used were 80 and 443.

If this is a new change, many web developers will be very annoyed.

Has anyone else experienced problems with dropbox using port 8443 ?

Ok - after I cold started my PC, dropbox was no longer using port 8443.

Sorry for the false alarm folks.
