There is a new problem. My dropbox desktop app logs out from time to time. After my login Dropbox forgets the folder and other settings! This problem appeared 1-2 weeks. What is the solution? HELP!

Would it be OK if I reached out via email to the address you use for your forum's profiles so we can work on this together (with all of my tools available)?
PS: If you'd like to do this from your end, log a ticket with our team and let me know the ticket ID here so I can locate them in our system and get on them (or assign them to the appropriate team if needed).

Have you tried a clean advanced re-install to see if this will fix your problem?
If you do and still notice the same behavior please let me know so I can reach out to you via email (to the address you use for your forum's profile) to work on this together. Alternatively, you can log a ticket with our team and let me know the ticket ID here so I can locate it on our system and get on it asap.

Unfortunately, the behavior was repeated after advanced re-install (described on your link). =((( It's very very BAD! Please help, give some advise! P.S. I'm logged in at the same time from two PC. And another one is OK always. Both PC have Win 10. Also I've noticed, that logout happens after full sync.
Same troubles. I constantiny loosing account details with my work dropbox data after update to 59.4.93. I am using win 10 64 bits 1803 Update. I have connection with my files, everything is updated, then in one second i have sceen to login again. Dropbox loosing all account detais. Please help.
