I have a similar issue, Big Sur 11.2.3 and Dropbox 118.3.448 - no finder icons but can occasionally get right-click Finder options to appear.
Thanks, I downloaded and reinstalled. That didn't provide a fix, but I discovered the solution: I had an application called BetterZip that was also using a Finder Extension - when I disabled its extension the Dropbox icons returned immediately.
Same issue here. I have the latest stable version. My solution is to go into extensions and turn off and back on the DB finder extension. Annoying.
Same here. I reinstalled from the given link, saw the share icons appear when I right clicked a file, then they immediately disappeared!
I have no extensions installed so I can't imagine what's blocking them.
Also, I'm not running beta versions of Dropbox.
I found another fix: switch off the Dropbox Finder extension in System Preferences, restart your Mac, then switch the extension back on again. No need to delete the Dropbox app or any of the synced files.
