Dropbox Paper "getting started" looping

I downloaded Dropbox Paper. When I open it, the get started screen appears. I click button and it opens in browser for api and authorization. I authorise and focus goes back to the app, which blinks and then displays get started screen again.

Yes, I am using mobile app on android.

I have found solution. I did not have the Dropbox app installed. Once I installed Dropbox, Dropbox Paper worked fine.

Am I correct to assume you're referring to the mobile Paper app? 

If so, are you on an Android or iOS device? 

Have you rebooted your device to give it another go? What were the results? 

Any additional information you think might help our investigation will be much appreciated!
