Hi there. I am using Dropbox Plus on a Macbook Pro running Mojave. According to the plan details for Plus I should have the Smart Sync option - but it is not there - if I right click on a file or folder in DB in Finder there is no option for Smart Sync. Please tell me what I am doing wrong.
Hi @CaptF8, thanks for checking in about this!
As a first step, have a look at your Plan tab in your account settings on the web, to ensure the plan type you are currently on in case your account was downgraded by accident.
If you are currently on the Plus plan, have a look at the Dropbox desktop app preferences and your General settings to ensure that you have enabled Smart Sync for that device.

Hi - thanks for the reply. I have checked online and I am definatley on the Plus plan.
When I go to the General tab - there is no option to Enable Smart Sync
Thank you for the quick reply and screenshots, @CaptF8!
It looks like you are running a beta version of our desktop app (v81.3.190).
Could I ask you to disable the "Early releases" setting from your General settings' Preferences and then reinstall the current stable version of the app?
Keep me posted, thanks!

Hi - thanks - I have recieved your email and responded.
I have a similar problem that I also replied about elsewhere. I am Plus but cannot enable Smart Sync even though it shows me the option. Even on reinstall when I select all cloud it goes to local and show Smart Sync as disabled. If I click on "Enable" it does nothing.
Currently eating all my disk, which will force me to disable.
Thanks.
