Dropbox Slack extension uploading file root, but not file

Dropbox Slack extension uploading file root, but not file

Hello! When one member of our team tries to use the Slack extension (uploading from this screen)

The file does not upload. Usually, it attaches a link which then offers a preview, but in this case it simply pastes the file root instead of the file. For example:

/Joint Files/Communications/Communications Records/New Proposal

We've tried logging in and out of Dropbox and Slack, uninstalling and reinstalling the integration in Slack, and shutting everything down.  It's working properly for everyone else on the team. Any ideas?

Thanks!

I just realized that this is not the right part of this forum to post, my apologies.

Hey there @asaueres - apologies for the slight delay in my response; are you still having issues with this or were you able to resolve your concern in the end?

If you did, what did the trick for you after all?
