I am unable to sync Dropbox App on my Macbook Pro:

Hi @NV3, thanks for joining the Community!

 

If you're not on a Dropbox Basic plan with more than 3 devices connected, could you try an advanced reinstall of the app using the steps in this link.

Let me know how it goes!

Hi Jay,

 

Many thanks for your response. 

 

Unfortunately I am on a basic plan. Yesterday - The dropbox sync worked in the first half. After using Zoom - it stopped syncing again.

 

As of today - 9th June - I am having the same sync issue.

 

So is there a conflict between dropbox and Zoom?

As far as I'm aware, there isn't any issues between Dropbox and Zoom.

 

Even though you're on a Basic plan, if you don't have more than 3 devices in the link I posted previously, then you should be able to do an advanced reinstallation with no issues.

Hi Jay,

 

Sharing my experience - post replying to your suggestion yesterday - I uninstalled the Zoom App and restarted by Mac. 

 

Post that I was able to sync my Dropbox. Today also in the morning the sync is working. So I guess we can close this for now.

 

Should the problem resurface - I will reconnect with you/the community.
