I have a problem with my Vault. I've been trying to use it on and off for months now, but it is extremely temperamental.
The problem I currently have is that the Vault appears to be empty when I open in locally on my mac (macOS Big Sur 11.6). I have definitely copied stuff into the Vault, and that content is in fact in the Vault on my mobile, so at least it's not completely lost!
The advice I have received from Dropbox Support — which does not work — is:
Ok, I fully uninstalled Dropbox on my computer and emptied it online. I tried resetting up the Vault, and it worked for some time until I added some particular files. I am now trying to delete the Vault and set it up again, but the webapp is not letting me delete the Vault, see the attached image.
