InkedDropbox issue_LI.jpgHi everyone, (sorry about the blacked out info) There's a white banner that appears at the top when we fullscreen it, and then we can't close dropbox and have to use task manager. We've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and even making sure we don't have a beta build or anything like that.

Out of curiosity, are you physically working on the computer, or are you remotely using it? 

 

Also, what resolution are you using on your monitor?

Hi, 

He's physically working on it. It's a coworker of mine (I'm the IT-ish person 🙂 ) It's a laptop and a monitor.

1920x1080 for both the laptop and the monitor.

Could you let us know which version of the app you have installed, @JGBuilder?

 

You can see this just by hovering over the Dropbox icon in the system tray.

When you reinstalled, did you try an advanced reinstall, @JGBuilder?

 

If not, I can suggest giving that a try to see if that does the trick.
