Even since I upgraded to Mac OS Mojave, my dropbox app no longer opens and my files no longer sync. I have reinstalled the latests dropbox app, but I keep encountering the same problem. When I launch Dropbox from the application folder, the icon flashes momentarily on the top of my screen but disappears.
Suggestions?
Can you try an Advanced Reinstall please?

I tried the advanced reinstall before with no success. I just tried it again, and the Dropbox app still fails to open. The icon flashes for a moment on the top menu bar and then disappears.
Any other suggestions?
I'm not sure Dropox is fully deinstalling. Nothing happens when I move the app to the trash and empty trash. Activity Monitor shows 2 versions of Dropbox Finder Integration.
I have exactly the same issue, but only on my iMac, not on my Mac Book Pro, both with MacOS 10.14.2 installed... Any solution known so far?
No luck so far. I'm looking to shift to iCloud.
I just tried the Advanced reinstall on my Mac, and it cleared my sync problem. You should definitely add this to the troubleshooting main page. it would save a lot of questions.
Try using Cleanmymac (3 or X) to deinstall the Dropbox app. Then reinstall the app by downloading it and reinstalling.
